The NCC Unit at VMV Commerce, JMT Arts, and JJP Science College includes two main divisions: the 20 Mah Battalion and the2 Mah Armored Squadron, with a total capacity for 103 cadets. VMV College, Nagpur, proudly reports the participation of Junior Under Officer Manishkumar Choudhary from the NCC unit, 20 Maharashtra Battalion, in the Inter Group Competition (IGC) for Republic Day Camp (RDC) held in Pune. This prestigious event saw the participation of cadets from various battalions, showcasing their skills, discipline, and commitment to the NCC.
Manishkumar displayed exemplary leadership and dedication throughout the competition. His involvement not only highlighted his personal achievements but also brought recognition to our college’s NCC unit. The training and rigorous preparation leading up to the event equipped him with invaluable experiences and insights into teamwork and resilience.

VMV College, Nagpur, is pleased to announce the participation of Cadets Dhanshree Kamble, Laxmi Nirmalkar, and Sejal Chacherkar from the NCC unit, 20 Maharashtra Battalion, in the Training Selection Camp (TSC) held in Wardha. This camp aimed to enhance the cadets’ skills through various activities, including drills, leadership training, and physical fitness exercises.
The cadets demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and commitment throughout the camp, engaging in teamwork and honing their leadership abilities. Their active participation not only contributed to their personal growth but also showcased the spirit of the NCC and the values of discipline and service.

VMV College, Nagpur, is proud to announce that Cadet Ritik Agre from the NCC unit, 20 Maharashtra Battalion, successfully participated in the Army Attachment Camp held at Kamptee. This camp provided a unique opportunity for cadets to gain firsthand experience of military life and training.
During the camp, Ritik engaged in a range of activities, including weapon training, field exercises, and discipline drills. His dedication and eagerness to learn were evident as he interacted with army personnel and fellow cadets, gaining invaluable insights into the operational aspects of the armed forces.

VMV College, Nagpur, proudly highlights the achievements of Cadet Vishal Gajbhiye from the NCC unit, 20 Maharashtra Battalion. Vishal recently participated in the Basic Leadership Camp (BLC) held at Nanded from September 27 to October 6, 2023. This camp focused on developing leadership skills, teamwork, and discipline among cadets, allowing Vishal to enhance his capabilities significantly.
Additionally, Vishal took part in the All India Trekking Expedition Camp at Tirupati from May 15 to May 22, 2023. This expedition provided him with opportunities to explore physical endurance, navigation skills, and environmental awareness while fostering camaraderie among participants.
Vishal’s involvement in both camps reflects his commitment to personal growth and service. The college congratulates him on these accomplishments and encourages fellow cadets to follow his example in seeking valuable experiences that contribute to their development within the NCC.
